36 weeks?!

36 weeks: Baby boy is the size of a chrenshaw melon?  I had an u/s yesterday and Shep weighed I am getting things ready in his room, I just need to raise the bed in the crib and clear out a little clutter. We watched New Year's Eve this week and I was crying watching a new mom hold her baby. I just can't wait to meet him and snuggle him! I also have hit the stage where I am not comfortable in ANY position. I am not sleeping well but I still can't believe I have made it this far. My OB told me that if I went into labor or my water broke they wouldn't do anything to stop it, I honestly never thought I would get to this point. Only 20 days until my c-section and 5 more shifts at the hospital! I just can't believe its almost here!

Cravings: No cravings, but any type of meat is seriously grossing me out.  And I can only drink milk when it is chocolate. The other day I had a glass of white milk and thought it was so nasty.

What Inara is saying: Still talking about him all the time and all the things they will do together :)

Weight gain: 30 pounds

Things to remember: This week baby brother has made his way up into my rib cage...I don't like it :) I have frequently been pushing him down and having some "talks" with him about helping me out and moving south a little bit. He must stubborn like his sister because it doesn't seem to help.  I *think* I have been having some contractions here and there. I am trying not to get my hopes up he makes his appearance soon.  I really feel like he is WAY over due since I am so much further along than I was with Inara.  I am not miserable from being pregnant, but I have definitely been felt better in my life :) I have dreams multiple times a week that I go into labor, wishful thinking I guess. I am not wishing away the pregnancy though because, Lord willing, this is my last one and I want to enjoy the miracle that it is!

High Risk: Still bi-weekly NST but I only have 5 more left! WOOHOO :) I had my last u/s last week and now just see my OB weekly. It was nice to only have 2 appointments last week.  But like I said before I'll gladly do whatever I need to, in order to keep him in there as long as possible.
