30 Days of Thankfulness: Day 3

Today I am thankful for my bestie! I am sure if you know me, you probably know that is Katie :) We really are SO similar and its quite hilarious at times. And its awesome because the ways we are not the same...we end up being polar opposites. This is good for both of us because we both get opportunites to grow!

Today I was very blessed to be a part of their gender reveal party they had with their family.  Its funny because I just assumed I was going to be there because its like "duh, your my best friend".  Thankfully she assumed the same thing too! :) Its been really fun to share the fun times of being pregnant and the worries too.

Its amazing how God has brought our 2 lives together.  I have actually known Katie for 13 years (wow writing that makes me feel OLD), but it wasn't until we "coincidentally" had EVERY single class together our first semester of nursing school that we really became close friends.  When she became a Christian about 5 years ago God once again brought us even closer in our friendship.  God has used Katie to show me what it looks like to persevere in your walk and how being transparent is a blessing to other people.  I am so thankful for her in my life and my life would be way different without her! Thank you God for giving me such a wonderful friend sister!
